Absolute Radio 90s will be airing a special hour long documentary ’25 Years of The Charlatans’ on Monday 25th May at 10pm with Pete Mitchell.

During the tour Tim will be doing a couple of appearances in Glasgow and Worthing before our shows.
Tim will be in conversation with ITN's Martin Geissler on Tuesday 10th March at 6pm at Monorail Music in Glasgow. Wristbands are available from the shop for £3 which will be donated in full to The Brain Tumour Charity.

For this year’s Record Store Day on 18 April two versions of the Modern Nature track Emilie will be released on Tim’s O Genesis label.
Limited to 500 copies the 7” will feature Nashville singer-songwriter Laura Cantrell’s ‘reply’ version of the song entitled Emanuel along with DFA recording artist Sinkane’s cover of Emilie.

Tomorrow, Tuesday 27th, we’re playing in-store at Rough Trade East in London at 12:45pm. There are only a few wristbands left grab one here. Modern Nature is Album of the Day on BBC 6 Music plus Tim is on Radcliffe & Maconie’s show from 1pm listen online for some exclusive news.
Tuesday night we play at Ace Hotel in London, Sister Ray Ace have the last 40 wristbands for sale at their shop from 10am. Martin and Tim will be interviewed on London Live evening news. Tune into John Kennedy’s XFM show from 10pm for a full album playback and a track-by-track interview with Tim and Mark.
Thursday we're in Manchester for a signing session at Piccadilly Records at 5.30pm, you can get a wristband from the store. And on Friday at 5pm we’ll be at HMV Argyle Street in Glasgow, more info here. The Charlatans were named Q Hereos at the Q Awards 2014 on Wednesday afternoon in London. Thanks to everyone who has shown us support, been to see us or brought a record.
The Charlatans release their twelfth album, Modern Nature on 26th January 2015.
Featuring eleven new tracks, including the recent limited edition 7” Talking In Tones, Modern Nature was produced by The Charlatans and Jim Spencer and mixed by Craig Silvey (Arcade Fire, Portishead).
The album features contributions from the bands’ three temporary drummers - Pete Salisbury of The Verve, Stephen Morris of New Order and Gabriel Gurnsey of Factory Floor, to Kate Bushs’ backing singer Melanie Marshall and Sandra Marvin, strings by Sean O’ Hagan and brass courtesy of Dexys’ Big Jim Paterson.
